Hello valued customers, I have to do some much needed upgrades around my shop and fix a few long standing issues with my home and studio. Can you ship to my country?
Most likely I can. The only reason it's not listed is because your the first one asking from there. Contact me and I can find out for you. I will need your location and an idea of what you want so I can get an approximate weight for the estimate.

How much is shipping and do you combine shipping.
Domestic shipping is $3.75 and International varies. If you ordered and forgot something, contact me at coby@avacslab.com and you can order through me directly. Or, you can order again and I'll subtract your second shipping charge. It might take a day or two, but I will refund your extra fee.

Why is shipping $4.25, can't you just put them in an envelope?
Uh, no, all items are wrapped individually, sacked, and sacked again. They are then wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble mailer. All packages are photographed/documented and tracking is sent by me manually or sent by Paypal automatically when label is printed.

How long does it take to ship once I order?
For the reopening, it will take longer than usual, once things calm down, it should take 7 to 10 days to ship once I receive your order. During the madness of the reopening (9-23-17), it could take up to 12 days. All will be contacted and kept in the loop on the progress on your order. Please view my feedback here on the site, it will reassure you.

Why does it take so long to ship if they are cast.
Most of the time, the pieces are cast if you see them listed. However, some stuff is too large to keep on hand all the time, or too new to have that many built up. Also, just because they are cast, doesn't mean I can just take them out of the pot and throw them in the mailer and walk away. I cast my parts and store them until they are ordered. Once ordered, they are then "processed" or cleaned and dremeled for the buyer. This can take a while depending on your place in line. Each piece is hands on and detailed. Keep in mind, I might find a flaw in one of your casts up to the last minute before I ship. If it's the last one, then I will have to make another. You will be notified if this is the case.

Can you cast an item in a specific color for me not pictured?
I can, please contact me at coby@avacslab.com, and we can work it out. PLEASE NOTE, I DO NOT MATCH COLORS. Mixing casting die is not the same as mixing figure paint, it is a time consuming process if even possible.

Can you make a mold for me?
No, not at this time. I am too backlogged to take on any more mold commissions. If you want, you are welcome to ask me what the wait time is and feel free to send me pics of what you want done. Just keep in mind there is a long line, as I get mold requests daily.

I need more than you have stocked, can you make more?
If you want to order a large quantity of one item, I can do that, but having only one or two molds of each piece, it takes time. This is considered a commission and I will recommend you use this site for that service: https://firebatlabs.ecrater.com/

There are countless necks and countless heads, the odds are good that the two might not match up when you receive the item. Please contact me and I can help you with how to fix a too big or small hole problem.

My tracking progress doesn't align with my address.
Have you updated your Paypal address or moved recently. Please make sure this info is correct BEFORE YOU ORDER. Email me if you have any specific mailing instructions. Once I drop the mailer off at the PO, it is out of my hands. I will have the tracking receipt and photo on file, if you need the info, it will be available.

I wish I could, but I don't have time these days. I might be able to point you to an artist who can though.

Is there flaws or flashing on the casts?
I try to make my casts perfect, but I am human. Sometimes I have to make repairs if I see any imperfections. If there's anything your dissatisfied with, please contact me. Keep in mind, a lot of these parts are cast with the intention of painting them, so please expect the color you had in mind, might not match what you get. Color is relative.

Can you shrink an item for me.
Eventually maybe. I just got some new shrink resin, so I need to get all the stuff I have ready to shrink done first. Once I am done with that, I can start to take requests. It could possibly take until December until I am ready for shrink commissions.

Does mold making destroy the item being cast?
No, generally it does not unless it is a very complicated piece. But that would be done during the removal of the item from the mold, not the material itself. I always take precautions on preserving borrowed items. I am a collector too, so being careful is paramount. However, I am NOT taking mold commissions now.

You sold out of some of your new items, can you add more?
Yes, but it can take some time. I do not have it set on unlimited supply. New stuff is limited and I cannot take bulk orders on them just yet.

What is the return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I'll try to make it right. However, if want a refund, I can do that, however, items must be returned before a refund is issued. Buyer pays the shipping to return said item.

Requests Of Multiples of the Same Item Over the Quantity of 6. PLEASE READ!
I get a lot of requests for me to do ten, maybe even twenty of one item a lot. My new policy is, if you request more than 6 of any ONE item that is THE SAME, I will have to charge a mold fee. Most molds have a limited life, and must me disposed of after a certain amount of runs, new one(s) may be necessary. Not only that, and more importantly, I only have one, MAYBE two molds of each item I stock. If I only have one, and you want 30, then I have to pour 30 times, and that's if they all come out good, (they don't). That's a lot of my life and pots devoted to one thing, which may cost me money in the long run, not make it. In order for it to work, a gang mold may be in order, if I agree to even do it. This is a mold where I can pour more than one at the same time. Mold fees will be necessary and they vary depending on complexity and size. Feel free to inquire, but I reserve the right to say no due to these factors, thanks for your understanding.

Tracking
Tracking is ALWAYS given once an order is shipped. Most of the time, you will receive notification via gmail address (labannex99@gmail.com). These are sent immediately after your mailer label is printed. Please check your spam or bulk mail, as your tracking info or other Lab notifications might of ended up there. If you ordered international or some other method than Pay Pal, then I will contact you directly.

Missing Pieces and Bad Casts
If you find that you are missing some items and want them replaced, that's fine, mistakes happen, I am human. I will send out the items at my expense. However, if you choose to wait 5 months for example, to tell me that something is wrong, then you'll be refunded, I won't be sending out replacements, sorry. Please review your order upon receiving it, if something is wrong or missing, tell me immediately, not after 5 months and my recollection of said order is gone, thanks.
